What we fix
We’re an iPhone-first shop, but we’ll have a go at most things with a screen.

Screen, battery, charging port, camera, back glass. Often done in under an hour. Walk in, grab a coffee, come back.

Yes, we do it! But Android parts have to be ordered. If your trip is short, please be honest about your schedule — we’ll tell you if it’s possible.

Why iatQ?
We’re not a chain. We’re a small, stubborn repair shop that’s been doing this since 2013.
We believe in the right to repair — your phone is yours, and you should be able to fix it instead of buying a new one. That belief is what we’ve built this shop on.

- Your Apple ID & password. Super important. If you forget it, even Apple can’t help.
- Backup your data if you can. Your data is usually safe, but we never promise. Phones are unpredictable.
- Some patience. Our English is “in progress.” Yours is probably better than our English.
